Hi - I’m Casey! I’m here to help you remember what it feels like to be you. The vibrant, fabulous and feral version of you that existed before you shrank to fit. The you that hasn’t disappeared, just simply just learned to hold its breath.
My Journey (aka: Why You Can Trust Me to Hold the Wild + Tender Together)
I didn’t start in breathwork. I started in systems.
As a kid, I was wildly creative. I rearranged rooms and furniture and discovered Feng Shui. I checked out library books like "What Your Handwriting Says About You." I loved drawing, colouring, and imagining new worlds. But I was also good at math and science and had a curious mind. That got praised with a promising path. Especially as a female. So I followed it.
I became an engineer. My early career was all about solving puzzles, bridging gaps and designing environments. I thought in equations frameworks. Yet, I saw the silos in the industry. I also felt the emotional undercurrents shaping everything.
I then trained in community planning bridging the two fields, blending technical thinking with social design. I organised chaos. I read the field like a map. I studied and was on the front line for paradigm shifts. And then life said: go deeper.
A series of personal reckonings cracked me open. Slowly, I found that the connection and coherence I had been building for others was exactly what I needed to reclaim for myself. And now, for you.
My approach is both irreverent and reverent. Both playful and pure. This isn’t about fixing you. This is about freeing you.
Why Playfulness Matters Here
My playful nature has always been a gift. It is a part of me. When I couldn't feel free from the dark, it gave me my freedom. Play can also have a shadow side, I know how it can become a mask and also used as a weapon against you. It is immensely powerful and is why so many deeply crave and are afraid of it. That’s why I work with play consciously.
What You Feel Here Matters More Than What I’ve Done
I know what it is to crave spaces where your too-muchness isn’t just tolerated—it’s welcomed like an old friend.
I know how it feels to be the “fun one,” the capable one, the space-holder and still feel like joy is something you manage, mourn, or lost instead of embody.
So here’s what you should really know:
I’m not here to perform healing.
I’m here to help you stop performing anything.
I'm here to offer you presence.
I’m here to help you feel emotional liberation. Freedom of expression.
Joy and fun are simply the byproduct.
That’s why I created Kumbhaka Kissed. To remind you:
- Joy is not a reward you must earn, it’s part of your natural state when in coherence.
- Expression is not indulgent, it’s your antidote from shutting your self down.
- Breath is not an afterthought, it’s simply one of your portals back home to yourself.
