Hi, I’m Casey — your go-to breathwork instructor for connecting with your authentic self. This means I create space for vulnerability, sparking a laugh, and a bit of real or imaginary play. One of my guiding intentions is to create moments that truly nourish you when you choose to let loose.
My approach to breathwork, meditation, or your self-care journey.
- I believe you can take meditation seriously using playfulness as needed. In the toughest times of my life, when I felt like I had no choice but to go inward, I experienced shifts more easily when others held the space for me to connect with my creative fun, playful side! One of my greatest gifts I have to offer you is utilizing a part of me that is my shadow and light.
- I’m here to make breathwork accessible for you. If you’ve had interested but don’t feel like you’d fit the mold of ‘someone who does breathwork,’ I understand what that can feel like! I haven’t always been into breathwork or meditation. However, I do believe that our journeys are constantly leading us down a path to develop skills and understandings so we can offer our gifts of service in the most impactful ways.
My expertise beyond breathwork.
I began my career in engineering, drawn by a fascination with problem-solving, a love for math, and a curiosity about understanding how things work. Over time, I realized I needed a broader perspective to see the interconnectedness of systems, which led me to a career in community planning. There, I worked to create spaces that bridged different groups, ideas, and institutions, fostering collaboration for a shared purpose. My focus on cross-sector and cross-discipline partnerships informed how I view connection and growth. Finally, it’s my own personal journey that led me to breathwork. I am also a reiki practitioner and lead cacao ceremonies!
How I tie all that diverse experience together!
Today, I bring these experiences into my work as a breathwork instructor. Whether exploring the science of breathwork, guiding the integration of mind, body, and spirit, or fostering a supportive community, I draw on my diverse background to create a practice that’s both grounded and expansive. Wherever you come from, and whatever your experience with breathwork, don’t put yourself in a box or assign yourself a label. I don’t like ‘labeling’ things – a bit ironic since I’ve labeled all my spice and herbs in the kitchen with witty puns. Jokes are cumin in hot with me😉.
