What you'll receive in this fun 5.5 hour in-person bootcamp

Join me for a day of discovery where you'll explore the magic of your breath intermixed with fun. We'll discuss breath awareness to get you more in touch with your breath, experience what healthy breathing feels like, and discuss the science behind it all. Then we'll shift into breath control where you'll experience first hand the exercises and tools to change your emotional and physical state! Using this information and what resonates with you, you'll customize a daily practice that works for you. To wrap it all up, we'll go on a fabulous breathwork journey to reconnect with yourself to identify what true fun looks like for you. Take some time to reconnect with yourself and provide some self nourishment. Invest in the future version of you! 

A new understanding of how the breath really works. We'll uncover misconceptions about healthy breathing and you'll replace them with an enhanced understanding. Likewise, you'll learn how your breath and nervous system communicate with each other.

A customized daily breathwork practice designed by you. After learning more about breath awareness and experiencing different exercises, you'll have time and guidance from me to create a practice to leave feeling empowered after this workshop!

Body movement. You'll explore different movements to release tension and foster a sense of well being and fun. 

Tools and exercises to reduce stress & improve vitality. You'll learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and reconnect with your mental, emotional, and physical state. You'll also learn some practices to enhance your physical vitality. 

A full breathwork meditation. Together we'll go on a playful breathwork journey using different breathing patterns timed to music. You will use this time to reconnect with yourself and identify what true fun looks like in your life. 

HAVE FUN and reconnect with yourself. This day is for you.

Bonuses

Online Breath Reset Kit. You'll have lifetime access to refresher content that we will cover in the workshop. You can use it when you need to reassess your breath awareness and breath control! Access to it will be provided to you after the workshop. 

Follow-up Support from Me. I'll do weekly check-ins with our workshop group for the month after the workshop. These check ins are so I can help you reflect on how your daily breathwork practice is going. I am there to answer any questions as you experiment with what works for you and this is to set up for the best success possible.

I teach SOMA Breath. SOMA Breath uses an energizing blend of ancient breathwork techniques and innovative 'Breathe in Beats' music to help you get into a meditative state, improve your physical, mental, and emotional health, and reconnect with yourself. 

No experience is needed. Just and open mind and an intention to have fun and learn! 

The Meadows Community Centre is located at 299 Arbury Road, Cambridge CB4 2JL. If you choose to drive, the Centre has 27 car parking spaces and 5 disabled spaces. Parking charges may apply. 

Yes, the Community Centre hosts a cafe managed and run by the Royal Voluntary Service (RVS). There you can find affordable simple beverages and food.
