Over the course of a week, a video will unlock each day. Each video is two (2) to five (5) minutes in length. That part takes minutes, literally!

How long your daily quest takes is up to you! You may choose to spend one minute on the quest. If you work on the quest repeatedly throughout the day then it may be several minutes. The more you practice, the more breath awareness will come naturally to you. Do keep that in mind. 

While the videos are set to unlock each day over the seven days, it is a self-paced course. If you can't watch all 7 days in a row, that is okay. However, I encourage you to only watch one video a day as you first go through the course to build up your awareness. It is a skill you are crafting.

An open mind, an adventurous spirit, and the commitment to take time for yourself to complete the course. 

No. This is not a silver bullet (and if anyone sells you a product that claims it, you should be wary!!). However, this is a tool that you will always have with you no matter where you are! How incredible is that? Learning how to use your breath is part of a lifestyle you choose to build for yourself and is complementary to your wellbeing practices.
